ASYFAIR will conduct research in legal settings in Europe, and therefore it is necessary to be aware of relevant legal texts, codes and charters, both on EU-level as well as in the individual countries in which ASYFAIR will conduct research.
This section provides a (non-exhaustive) outline of laws and regulations that are relevant for ASYFAIR, with a main focus on EU and German law. Future documents will provide further information on laws in other EU countries (and the UK).
